How do we scan the internet and find roles for you!
771 job seekers have already let IssuePay match them to roles, with an average match score of 79.8%. Here's how the Career Agent and your daily matches actually work, and why they're not the same thing.
Most "daily match" features are just a filtered list
Plenty of job platforms show you a feed of postings and call it personalization. Under the hood, it's usually a keyword filter running against whatever roles happen to be sitting in their database that week.
IssuePay does two different things for you, and they're worth telling apart, because they're not the same feature wearing two names.
First, we get to know you
Before either one looks at a single job posting, it reads your profile. Your CV, your experience, your skills, and the role you're actually looking for, seniority, location, salary range, remote or not.
That comes first on purpose. Understanding your background properly is what makes everything that follows actually mean something, instead of just being a list of jobs with your name at the top.
The Career Agent, your own scout
The Career Agent is the one you configure directly. You set the role type, locations, and salary you're targeting, and it goes out and scans against exactly that, then brings you back a list of matching roles to review, each one scored against your profile with the reasons behind the score attached.
Think of it as a scout working the specific brief you gave it. You look through the list, see what it found, and decide what's worth pursuing.
One thing worth being upfront about, the Career Agent doesn't independently check whether a location actually works for you, visas, relocation, right to work, any of it. It assumes that if you told us that's where you're looking, you can work there. The locations you set are the brief, not a claim we're verifying on your behalf.
Your daily, weekly, or monthly match
Separate from that is the match sitting on your home page, one single best-fit role, delivered on whatever cadence you choose in Settings, daily, weekly, or monthly.
This one isn't a list to sort through. It's the single best match found for you in that window, so there's always exactly one thing to look at, not twelve.
Daily gets you a fresh one every morning. Weekly and monthly hold onto your best match for the whole period instead, so it's still there when you're actually ready to look at it.
Scored honestly, both times
Whichever one you're looking at, the score is real. We don't inflate rankings to make the product look impressive. A role only scores well if your actual background genuinely lines up with what the posting is asking for, not a handful of keywords. You get a plain read on where you're strong and where the gaps are.
An honest 60% match is more useful to you than a dishonest 95%. We'd rather you trust the number than be impressed by it.
The numbers so far
771 job seekers have already been matched to a role through IssuePay, with an average match score of 79.8% across every match sent. That's exactly what you'd expect from a system that's actually comparing you against the role, not just handing out high scores to look good.
We're not going to pretend that makes us the biggest name out there. What we will say is that the number is real, and it's only going in one direction.
What neither one does
Neither one applies for you. Both find and score roles against your actual profile, honestly, then put the decision in your hands. Applying is still yours to do, with the context to do it well.
That's a deliberate line. The value isn't in submitting more applications faster, it's in making sure the ones you do submit are to roles genuinely worth your time.
Try it
The Career Agent is in your sidebar under AI tools, and your match cadence is one click away in Settings. Upload your CV, set your preferences, and see what comes back. The score you get will be the real one.
