Welcome to IssuePay. By using IssuePay, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Introduction
By accessing or using IssuePay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use IssuePay.
2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first create an account or access the IssuePay platform.
3. Software License and Platform Access
IssuePay provides access to its platform and associated services via a digital interface. Access may be granted through free or premium plans. The premium plan may offer additional features such as lower transaction fees, advanced analytics, or priority support.
IssuePay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature, account, or access without notice, particularly in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of this Agreement. No recurring payments will be charged without user consent, and all premium benefits are bound by the duration of the selected plan.
4. Job Offers and Recruitment Features
IssuePay provides functionality for organizations to post job offers and for users to apply. By using these features:
- Applicants confirm that the information they provide, including resumes, skills, and portfolios, is accurate and truthful.
- Organizations posting jobs are responsible for the accuracy of the job description and contact information they provide.
- Applicants consent to share their application data only with the organizations they apply to.
- IssuePay does not guarantee job offers, employment outcomes, or the suitability of applicants for any position.
- Both applicants and organizations are responsible for any interactions or agreements arising from job postings or applications.
IssuePay may remove job postings that violate our guidelines or applicable laws, but assumes no liability for the hiring decisions or disputes between applicants and organizations.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to features and benefits, all payments for IssuePay premium plans or other digital products are non-refundable. Please ensure you review the available features before purchasing.
6. Disclaimer
IssuePay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. All express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
IssuePay makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, earnings, job placements, or issue resolution success.
In no event will IssuePay or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, including recruitment-related activities.
In any case, the total liability of IssuePay for any claim arising from or related to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to IssuePay in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. User Responsibilities
- The content they create or submit, including issue contributions and job applications.
- Compliance with repository guidelines on GitHub, GitLab, or any connected platforms.
- Honoring any agreements or deadlines set when participating in paid issues or job applications.
- Ensuring accuracy and truthfulness of job postings and application data.
IssuePay is not liable for any disputes between users, repository owners, or organizations regarding issues, applications, or employment.
9. Price Adjustments
IssuePay may adjust pricing for plans or features at any time. Promotional pricing or discounts are subject to change without notice. Existing premium users will retain access to their features for the duration of their subscription.
10. General Terms and Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Portugal. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and IssuePay by your use of the platform.
You may not present yourself as a representative of IssuePay without prior written permission.
